Yes you can use it for easy bulk jobs like remove unwanted subs/audio tracks, but I wouldn't hand over transcoding. This approach works well for caps, but not for different movie files.
I know Tdarr and I think it's pretty good idea, problem is it tries to imitate a "one-size-fits-all" solution. Question is how did that affect quality of the files ?
